WebApp 4.3

In this release you will find more previously separately packaged plugins as part of the main webapp package (widgets, titlecounter, filepreviewer and desktop notifications). Configuration options previously found in separate configuration files are now part of WebApp's config.php. Furthermore, this release resolves issues in custom reminders and recurring reminders and WebApp now navigates to a shared calendar when it is opened.
