Your dedicated contact at Kopano

A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is your dedicated contact at Kopano. His/her task is to proactively advise you and coordinate your concerns with our technical teams. To this end, he or she will build up knowledge about your environment and systems connected to Kopano.

The prerequisites for this are at least one Kopano Professional Subscription valid during the term of the TAM and two defined contact persons at the customer’s premises.

  • The TAM communicates pro-actively (for example in regular stand-ups) upcoming changes in our products and is your contact person for discussing the influence of other changes on Kopano.
  • The TAM ensures the final response to your inquiries and requests.
  • You decide on the communication channels and rhythms with the TAM.
  • Included in the price is an appointment on site every 6 months without additional travel expenses.
