Kopano WebApp 4.6.1

In this release we fixed a bug related to shared private contacts in the address book and fixed a bug that adding a shared calendar closes the current open calendars. The 4.6.0 release was skipped due to an issue found with an older php version. Al changes of the 4.6.0 are included in 4.6.1, which is most notably a large update in the OIDC implementation.
