We offer our partners the opportunity to offer their customers our new product Kopano Cloud as a managed service. Partners can also add other services to the service. We offer our open source product Kopano Groupware in supported editions. To access these editions, you must purchase a subscription. Subscriptions usually have a duration of 12 months, which is basically automatically renewed. During this term you have access to all updates of your edition as well as a support contingent matching your subscription. We charge for support on a support unit basis (one request with a maximum processing time of 30 minutes).
Support is a particularly visible part of a subscription, but by purchasing a subscription you actively support troubleshooting and a further development of our Kopano Groupware. This is because everything we develop within Kopano Groupware is generally made available as open source.
Customers with a Kopano Cloud Offering have received the offer via their partner and contact this partner directly for any support.
Customers with an active Kopano Groupware subscription can access our technical support directly or integrate it via a Kopano partner.
