Kopano Groupware – EOL timeline

The following lines describe steps / milestones regarding the handling of subscriptions during the remaining time until the End-Of-Life of Kopano Groupware is reached.

12 / 2023

• The EOL date of Kopano Groupware is announced.

01 / 2024

• Subscription renewals with a duration of less than 12 month can be purchased to extend a subscription to match the EOL date, at proportionally reduced prices.

  • Orders for such extensions are to be submitted via email to info<at>kopano.com.

  • Please refer to the EOL FAQ for price calculation information.

02 / 2024

• Last month in which automatic renewals are being performed to extend subscriptions with a full duration of another 12 month.

03 / 2024

• First month in which automatic renewals are being performed to extend subscriptions at proportionally reduced prices with a duration of less than 12 month to match the EOL date.

• Last month in which a subscription with a full duration of 12 month can be purchased by partners using the webshop of the Kopano partner portal – be it a new subscription or a renewal.

  • The webshop of the Kopano partner portal is going to be closed at the end of the month.

08 / 2024

• Last month in which automatic renewals are being performed to extend subscriptions at proportionally reduced prices with a duration of less than 12 month to match the EOL date.

  • All further subscription renewal orders are to be submitted via email to info<at>kopano.com.

12 / 2024

• Last month in which subscription renewals with a duration of less than 12 months can be purchased at proportionally reduced prices to extend a subscription to match the EOL date.

03 / 2025

• The EOL of Kopano Groupware will be reached on the 31^st of March 2025.
